Recipe – Quick Summer Quiche
2 ready-made pie crusts
3 cups ground cheese
2 cups spinach
1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes sliced and in olive oil
Mix all ingredients well. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Mix. Pour the mix equally into each pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins or until when poked with a toothpick, the center of the Quiche is moist.
Serve warm. Yum!
